Volkswagen of America Donates two VW Atlas SUVs to Lincoln Tech in Mahwah NJ
Representatives of both Volkswagen of America and Lincoln Tech meet to accept two new VW Atlas vehicles into the Lincoln Tech training fleet.
Two 2020 VW Atlas SUVs. Students in Lincoln Tech’s Mahwah NJ automotive training program with VW specialty will learn the intricacies of the VW Offboard Diagnostics Information System (ODIS).
On September 15, 2020, Volkswagen of America donated two new VW Atlas SUV models to Lincoln Tech’s Mahwah NJ Automotive Technician with Volkswagen Education Partnership training program. This donation introduces the latest VW technology to the current and incoming automotive technician students in the VW-sponsored program. VW’s Offboard Diagnostic Information System (ODIS) is used to diagnose and perform updates on VW vehicles. Combined with the Volkswagen Auto Group (VAG) proprietary diagnostic tools, students will learn how to work with every component within the ODIS system. This hands-on experience prepares the new technician with specialized knowledge to work on VW vehicles after graduation.
