Here, your passion for cooking will be the foundation for a career that won’t feel like “work.” As a student in the Culinary Arts and Food Services program, you’ll prep, cook, bake and celebrate cuisines from around the globe in our European-style kitchens as you study food management and perfect your culinary skills. This newly-expanded program also includes instruction on becoming a personal and private chef, planning menus based on nutritional needs for certain medical conditions, and principles of food science.
Or choose career training in International Baking and Pastry, and learn to prep, bake and create beautiful pastries and delicious breads inside real, working kitchens. Want to be a wedding cake designer, or open your own bakery? This training program can help you get there!
