New Skilled Trades Programs Open at Lincoln Tech, RI
Lincoln Tech has expanded its Lincoln, RI campus by adding skilled trades programs to its curriculum. Watch the Grand Opening & Ribbon Cutting Ceremony, which featured Lincoln Tech CEO and President Scott Shaw, commemorating the launch of the Air Conditioning, Refrigeration & Heating Systems Technology (HVAC) and Electrical & Electronic Systems Technology programs, while also recognizing the soon-to-open Welding program.
Local and State leaders attended this special event, including Lincoln, RI Town Administrator Philip Gould, State Senator Thomas Paolino, and State Representative Mary Ann Shallcross Smith. NRI Chamber of Commerce President and CEO Elizabeth Catucci, along with Johnson Controls Western New England Market General Manager Steven Marbes, joined many other local organizations and employers to witness this momentous occasion. This expansion reflects Lincoln Tech's commitment to addressing the growing demand for skilled workers in these vital industries, ensuring that students are well-prepared for successful careers in an ever-evolving job market.
