Automotive Technology Training

Take advantage of specialized partnership training in Denver CO

Since 1963, Lincoln Tech’s Denver auto mechanic school has helped students launch exciting in-demand careers working with the horsepower and technology that drives them and the cars they love. Featuring 60 bays, 18 lifts, and dynos from Mustang, SuperFlow Engine and Axiline, our Denver campus has everything you need to help start your career in a field that is projected to add over 12,000 job openings between 2020 and 20301.

Chrysler’s Mopar Career Automotive Program (CAP) is now available at the Denver campus. After graduation, you may also choose to continue your training by applying for Tesla START or BMW Fast Track training program2.

Train in Automotive Service Technology, or increase your earning potential with an Associate of Occupational Science Degree in Automotive Service Management Technology. Whatever path you choose, you’ll know you’re working towards a career that’s growing steadily in Colorado1.

Highlights of Auto Technician Training Include:

  • Rebuild an engine, flush a brake line, and troubleshoot on-board computers.
  • Diagnose and repair transmissions and drive train components.
  • Repair A/C and heating systems, power windows, doors, and seats.
  • Perform basic maintenance, including oil changes, tune-ups, and tire rotations.
  • Study theory and application of automotive electrical and electronic systems.
  • Apply mechanical and technical principles to automotive steering, alignment, and suspension systems.
