As a chef-in-training, you will learn the ins-and-outs of the restaurant and food industry. Our staff of respected chefs put their dedication and life experiences into classes where masterful techniques in baking, preparing and serving cuisines from around the world are taught in the Culinary Arts program. You can even study Culinary Management, and see what it takes to run a successful kitchen or restaurant, or gain pastry arts skills in our International Baking & Pastry program.
