What will all of the cars, trucks, and SUVs on display this year have in common? Advanced technology! And that technology is driving the demand for thousands of automotive technicians every year – more than 750,000 by 2026, according the U.S. Department of Labor*. It’s a great time to think about building a career on a foundation of something that you love: the high-tech, high-horsepower world of Automotive Technology.
You’re invited to stop by Lincoln Tech’s booth at the New York Auto Show for games, giveaways, and more. Power 105.1 and iHeart Media’s DJ Envy and DJ Whutever will be making appearances, so come by often for a chance to meet them. Representatives from Lincoln Tech, one of the nation’s top providers of hands-on career training, will also be there to talk to you about pursuing an education that will make you a more marketable candidate to hiring managers!
Lincoln Tech will also be sponsoring the awards luncheon for this year’s Auto Technology Competition, in which high school students around the country will put their skills to the test and compete for scholarships. The competition is presented by the Greater New York Automobile Dealers’ Association (GNYADA), which shares a facility with Lincoln Tech in Queens, NY.
Each year, Lincoln Tech looks forward to meeting auto lovers from around the world at the Auto Show, and helping to launch the careers of auto and diesel technicians, mechanics, and thousands of other skilled workers.
